Refunds:
Team fees are non-refundable. For certain extenuating circumstances (season ending injury) a written refund request and medical letter must be provided. The request will be reviewed by the President and a decision on pro-rata refund will be determined.
Team Formation:
Tryouts will be held in May after the completion of State Cup. Coaches will have sole discretion on team formation at each age group based on tryouts and results. ADF Portland is a premier level club and may only form one (or less) team by age group.
Coach Selection:
The President of ADF Portland selects all coaches affiliated with the club.
