Girls U9 to U14

We are excited to announce the launch our girls program this coming May 2019. ADF Portland will be holding tryouts for the following age groups: Girls 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2006 birth years. For girls who are younger that are also interested, we will have opportunities for them to join our development training academy. To learn more about our development training academy contact us.

Our girls’ program will be a year-round program and runs in parallel to our boy’s program. We believe it is time to start contributing to girls’ development in Portland and provide players who want to train in an environment that challenges them and gives them an opportunity to be part of a club that is committed to developing players 12 months/year. We are excited to showcase our style of play, allowing players to be creative and skillful, with a long-term goal of enabling players to go out of state and be confident and successful competing at the highest levels.

The program runs from May 2019 to May 2020 and the teams will participate in the Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) leagues. After tryouts, teams will begin training and will participate in local and regional summer tournaments. Teams will compete in the Fall and Spring premier leagues. During late fall and winter months, players will have an option to play futsal with an affiliate program so that scheduling and game conflicts are minimal. State Cups are the final chapter of each year’s program and we will compete for State Cups based on team years/ages and qualification.
